✨ Ways To Use Your Jar ✨

I personally hold mine during meditation, or have it as a focal point during meditation. I also keep it on my bedside table. I love it near me as I sleep.

Keep it on your altar, bedside table, desk, sacred space, or anywhere you want a visual reminder of your healing journey.

The cork may be left in place or removed whenever you feel called to interact with the contents. I prefer to occasionally hold a crystal, add meaningful items, or refresh intentions during different stages of my healing journey.

Because healing is so deep and personal, these jars are made with such intent and depth.

These healing jars I have made for around 10 years and finally have decided to add to my shop ❤️‍🩹

When trusted with so many souls deep pain, grief, and situations they are going through or have gone through.. I pray and meditate on it prior to choosing all of them contents.

I then carefully and so intentionally choose crystals, dried flowers, herbs, and botanicals, to create their healing jar.

I prefer leaving them unsealed, as we can add items to them through time, or even remove and transform as we change through time. But I do offer a sealing candle as an upgrade if you choose!
